By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices on our website are accurate and up to date.

Product images are provided for illustration and colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to product specifications where nec

essary, provided that the product supplied remains of the same or equivalent quality and functionality.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product selected.

Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will be accepted when we confirm that the product has been dispatched, unless we notify you otherwise.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Use of EquiTens

EquiTens is designed to provide TENS and EMS stimulation for horses.

EquiTens is not intended to replace veterinary diagnosis, veterinary treatment or professional veterinary advice.

Users should read all instructions supplied with the product before use and should use the device only as directed.

If you are unsure whether EquiTens is appropriate for your horse, please seek advice from your veterinarian or an appropriately qualified professional.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times depend on the destination and delivery service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has specifically been purchased.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive tracking information where a tracked service is used.

International Orders

We may ship internationally to selected countries.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, import duties, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are outside EquiTens’ control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can legally be imported into their country.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your EquiTens purchase.

For online purchases, UK consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, subject to applicable exceptions. (GOV.UK)

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order under your statutory cancellation rights, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period.

Returning Your Product

Products must be returned in accordance with the applicable return requirements.

Products should be returned securely packaged and with all original accessories, manuals and packaging where reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to take account of any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods, where permitted by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your EquiTens product arrives faulty, damaged or is not the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We will never seek to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful. UK consumer contracts must not contain unfair terms that attempt to remove responsibility for faulty or misdescribed goods. (GOV.UK)

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Refund processing times may depend on your payment provider or bank.

4. WARRANTY

EquiTens products are supplied with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that arise during normal intended use of the product.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Accidental damage
Misuse or improper use
Failure to follow the supplied instructions
Water or liquid damage where the product is not designed to be waterproof
Unauthorised modifications or repairs
Normal cosmetic wear and tear
Damage caused by animals
Loss or damage caused by incorrect storage
Normal wear of consumable accessories

Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs or videos may be requested to help us assess the fault.

Where a fault is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate, repair or replace the product.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.
